NAR consists of fragments of ribonucleic acid  prepared from dietary yeast extracted from bread and presented in freeze-dried single-dose sachets.

3g single-dose sachet

1 sachet every 2 or 3 days.  As the taste is bitter we recommend diluting the product in fruit juice or yoghurt.

Eat outside of meals. Take 1/2 hour before meals, or after at least 2 hours.

Avoid synthetic vitamin C and association with heparin in HIV for at least 12 hours.
