WAKAME BIO 50g
Seaweed, with ragged-edged blades.
Wakame seaweed provides vitamins A, B1, B2 and C. It is especially rich in potassium, sodium, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium. With 100 g of wakame we complete 36% of the recommended daily dose (RDD) of sodium. Its high content in water helps in the hydration of the organism and to replace mineral salts lost during the day or with physical exercise.
The waters of northern Europe where it is collected have many streams and, consequently, are very clean. For this reason they have been awarded the ecological certificate.
