Mimasa vegetable knife is made in Japan and is ideal to easily and quickly cut vegetables in the desired shape.

This knife is stainless steel, made with molybdenum and vanadium and will not rust. Its blade is very thin and stays sharp for a long time. It measures 28.5 cm long in total. The blade is 16.5 cm long and 4.2 cm wide.

MIMASA vegetable knife allows you to finely cut hard and soft vegetables and in large quantities. The best way to use it is by resting the tip first and cutting down the middle of the blade, swinging the knife.
