Ingredientes (para 4 personas):
150g de Tempeh de MIMASA Harina de garbanzos Agua Copos de quinoa Aceite de Sésamo de MIMASA Salsa de Soja de MIMASA
Preparación:
Para empezar cortamos el tempeh a tiras finas. Con la harina de garbanzos y el agua, hacemos una mezcla, sería el sustituto a la mezcla de la típica harina de trigo con el huevo. Una vez hemos pasado las tiras de tempeh por la mezcla, las pasamos también por los copos de quinoa. Los freímos con un poco de aceite de sésamo y los rociamos con un poco de salsa de soja
