Seitán con Cebollitas Caramelizadas

Ingredientes (para 3 personas):

375g de Seitán fresco de MIMASA cortado en cubos grandes 15-20 cebollitas pequeñas peladas enteras Aceite de oliva 3-4 rodajas finas de jengibre fresco 3 cucharadas soperas de Sirope de Arroz de MIMASA Salsa de Soja de MIMASA

Preparación:
Escaldar las cebollitas 1 minuto para poder quitar la piel más fácilmente. Pasar los cubos de seitán a la plancha con un poco de aceite de oliva. Retirarlos. En la misma sartén, añadir las cebollitas enteras y saltearlas 2-3 minutos constantemente. Si no hubiera quedado aceite, añadir unas gotas. Añadir el seitán a la plancha, las rodajas de jengibre, agua que cubra la mitad del volumen de las verduras, 3 cucharadas de salsa de soja y el sirope de arroz. Llevar a ebullición. Reducir el fuego al mínimo y cocer hasta que todo el líquido se haya evaporado totalmente.
