Espirales Tricolor a la Parmesana

Ingredientes (para 4 personas):
400 g de Espirales Tricolor de MIMASA 50 g de queso parmesano 3 yemas de huevo 200-300 ml de nata (de cocinar) Un poco de leche (opcional) Aceite Sal 1 hoja de laurel Orégano
Preparación:
Cocemos durante 7 minutos en agua con sal, con u poco de aceite y una hoja de laurel. Escurrimos la pasta y le agregamos la nata y los tres huevos batidos, mezclamos. Añadiremos la nata, el queso parmesano en tacos o rallado y la leche. Dejaremos cocer unos minutos hasta que el queso se funda con la nata. Añadimos una pizca de sal. Servimos con orégano y a disfrutar.
