Cuscús con Verduras y Tofu Salteado

Ingredientes (para 4 personas):

300g de Cuscús integral de MIMASA 1 cebolla grande cortada muy fina Medio brócoli a ramitas 1 calabacín a dados 250g de Tofu fresco de MIMASA Aceitunas negras Aceite de oliva 450ml de caldo de verduras caliente Perejil fresco Sal

Preparación:
En una sartén, salteamos la cebolla 3 minutos con el aceite. Añadimos el calabacín, ponemos el tofu y dejamos saltear un poco más. Añadimos un poco de sal, el brócoli, las aceitunas y el caldo caliente. Cocemos durante 5 minutos. Añadimos el cuscús y tapamos en seguida la sartén. Esperamos 5 minutos más y condimentamos con perejil fresco. Receta cedida por Matthias Hespe
