Cómo preparar el Kuzu

Una raíz elaborada de la Pueraria Thumbergiana o Pueraria Hirsuta Matsum, y que se obtiene separando almidones, eliminando la fibra y las impurezas y secándolo finalmente al aire libre, así se lleva elaborando el kuzu de manera tradicional en China y Japón.

Cómo preparar el Kuzu

El kuzu se prepara diluyendo dos cucharaditas en un vaso de agua fría y luego hirviéndolo durante unos cinco minutos, hasta que adquiere una consistencia gelatinosa, incolora o rosada y casi transparente. Se aliña con tamari ecológico o tamari-shoyu ecológico.

Otro de los remedios macrobióticos para preparar Kuzu es Té Bancha con Kuzu, que ayuda al malestar intestinal, tanto diarrea como estreñimiento, alivia el dolor de cabeza, mucosidades, alergias, fiebre y fatiga. Además es un remedio depurativo en caliente.
