Ingredientes (para 4 personas):
12 partes de Sésamo en grano de MIMASA 1 parte de sal marina
Preparación:
Para elaborar gomasio casero utilizar 12 partes de sésamo en grano por 1 de sal marina. Vertemos en el Suribachi los ingredientes y ayudándonos del Surikogi lo vamos removiéndo en el sentido de las agujas del reloj. Tenemos que conseguir que el  sésamo se abra envolviendo el grano de sal.
