Brownie con Sésamo y Tahin

Ingredientes (para 4 personas):
100 grs de harina 3 huevos Sirope de arroz de MIMASA al gusto 75 grs de Tahin de MIMASA 150 grs de margarina o mantequilla 200 grs de chocolate Sésamo en grano de MIMASA
Preparación:

Calentamos el chocolate y la margarina en el microondas hasta que se derrita. Mezclamos bien. En un bol mezclamos el tahín, el sirope de arroz y 2 huevos. Añadimos la mezcla de chocolate. Añadimos también la harina reservando 1 cucharada y 3-4 cucharadas de sésmo. Vertemos la mezcla en un molde cubierto de papel de horno y esparcimos bien. En un nuevo recipiente, mezclamos la cucharada de harina, 1 de tahín, 1 huevo y un poquito de sirope de arroz. Vertemos esta mezcla sobre el brownie y con la punta de un cuchillo mezclamos ligeramente con el brownie de chocolate. Horneamos a 180 grados durante unos 15-20 minutos o hasta que el palito salga seco. Dejamos templar.
