Ingredientes (para 4 personas):
2 plátanos maduros 3 vasos de bebida de avena 2 c.s. de harina de algarroba 2 dátiles u orejones 1 c.s. de Sirope de Arroz de MIMASA 1 cc de canela o vainilla en polvo Una pizca de sal
Preparación:

Pasar por la batidora todos los ingredientes juntos y servir.
