El zumo de \u00bd lim\u00f3n. \u00bd diente de ajo picado fino. 1 cucharada peque\u00f1a de&nbsp;<strong>pasta de umeboshi de MIMASA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Preparacion\"><\/span><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Tirar el agua de remojo y aclarar los garbanzos bajo el grifo. Colocarlos en la olla a presi\u00f3n, junto con el&nbsp;<strong>alga<\/strong><strong>kombu de MIMASA<\/strong>. Cubrir su volumen con agua caliente y llevarlos a ebullici\u00f3n sin tapa. Espumar y retirar todas las pieles que floten. Tapar y cocer a presi\u00f3n durante 1 hora y media o lo que sea necesario, para que est\u00e9n tiernos. Cuando est\u00e9n blandos, a\u00f1adir una pizca de sal marina y cocinarlos de nuevo 10 minutos. Si hubiera mucho l\u00edquido de la cocci\u00f3n, retirar un poco y batir con el resto de ingredientes hasta conseguir una consistencia cremosa y espesa.
