Una ense\u00f1anza creada por el pensador japon\u00e9s George Oshawa, conocido como el padre de la macrobi\u00f3tica moderna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta filosof\u00eda tuvo su reflejo en la alimentaci\u00f3n como una dieta que se basaba en el mismo principio filos\u00f3fico oriental del Yin y el Yang. Y defend\u00eda la idea de que al alimentarnos basados en este principio (seg\u00fan las leyes de la naturaleza) el organismo se armoniza, y as\u00ed el juicio se vuelve m\u00e1s claro a la hora de percibir la realidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aunque ya a principios del siglo XIX, el m\u00e9dico alem\u00e1n Cristoph Wilhelm Hufeland lo us\u00f3 por primera vez para definir una dieta basada en vegetales y sin prote\u00edna animal. Ya en los a\u00f1os 50 el japon\u00e9s Sakurazawa Nyoti defin\u00eda el t\u00e9rmino macrobi\u00f3tica como &#8220;el arte de la longevidad&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero empecemos centr\u00e1ndonos en el Yin y Yang como energ\u00edas en la alimentaci\u00f3n macrobi\u00f3tica. Desde siempre hemos observado que los fen\u00f3menos naturales tienen esa energ\u00eda de expansi\u00f3n o de contracci\u00f3n, y lo mismo sucede llevado a la alimentaci\u00f3n para buscar ese mismo equilibrio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFQue_es_el_Yin_y_el_Yang\"><\/span>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el Yin y el Yang?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hay alimentos o&nbsp;<strong>extremos expansivos (alimentos Yin<\/strong>) como los medicamentos, las bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas, el az\u00facar, las bebidas estimulantes, los zumos o los l\u00e1cteos blandos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y por otro lado est\u00e1n los&nbsp;<strong>alimentos contractivos (o Yang<\/strong>), como son la carne, el pescado, la salsa de soja o el tamari, la umeboshi o los huevos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aunque no todos tienen el mismo grado de expansi\u00f3n o contracci\u00f3n la clave es compensar los extremos con&nbsp;<strong>alimentos centrados<\/strong>&nbsp;como frutas, verduras de hoja, germinados, frutos secos, legumbres, semillas, ra\u00edces o&nbsp;<strong>cereales integrales.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En estas claves de la macrobi\u00f3tica<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero lo que buscamos es recuperar y mantener nuestra energ\u00eda y salud, y la macrobi\u00f3tica recomienda evitar los extremos energ\u00e9ticos y centrarse hacia los alimentos equilibrados. As\u00ed, tendremos una fuente de vitalidad, energ\u00eda y estabilidad.
